Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or used the services in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the services at any time.
